Rite of Remembrance - Core Rules
As a player, you will likely play a few different characters throughout your quest. Death comes for all of us, but the story continues. That’s why creating a new character is quick and easy.

Random or Chosen
You may reveal cards to randomly determine your Birthsign, Gift, and Calling. This is the fastest way to make a character, and it can be a fun way to try something new. It is also the intended experience for playing Rite of Remembrance.
However, your group may decide that they wish to deliberately choose any or all of these aspects to “build” your character. This is fine, as long as everyone agrees on which aspects are random, and which are chosen.

Your attributes are the ways that you interact with the world. Your character has 4 attributes:
Might, Agility, Wisdom, and Heart.
With your Might, you may strike, grapple, lift, and endure.
With your Agility, you may dash, aim, sneak and handle.
With your Wisdom, you may perceive, solve, analyze and focus.
With your Heart, you may persuade, command, charm and connect.
